Fresenius SE (FRE) expects the offer document with details of its proposed bid to buy German hospital operator Rhoen Klinikum AG (RHK) to be ready today, a Fresenius spokesman said by phone.

Fresenius had said earlier today that it didn’t expect the document to be ready until next week.
