Vietnam’s PV Oil Corp., the state- owned oil-marketing company, is offering to sell Nam Con Son condensate on a six-month term contract basis from July to December, according to an offer document obtained by Bloomberg News.

PV Oil is selling two monthly shipments of 80,000 barrels each, the document shows.
