German Offshore Losses May Go to Customers, FAZ Reports

The German government plans to allow offshore wind-power operators to compensate for any losses they incur when they can’t transfer electricity to the mainland due to damaged cables by passing on some of their costs to customers, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung reported in a preview of an article that will run tomorrow, citing a government draft.
