Swatch Group AG (UHR) filed a complaint with Zurich prosecutors against UBS AG (UBSN), alleging a breach of banking secrecy, Tages-Anzeiger reported, citing Beatrice Howald, a spokeswoman for the watchmaker.

The complaint was filed in January, according to Howald, who declined to provide details of the allegations, the newspaper said. UBS doesn’t comment on litigation matters, the bank told the newspaper.
