Triglav Proposes Increasing Dividend 38% to 0.55 Euros Per Share

Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., Slovenia’s biggest insurer, said it proposed paying a dividend of 0.55 euros per share from last year’s profit, 38 percent more than it paid in 2010.

Shareholders must approve the plan, the Ljubljana-based company said in a regulatory statement today.
