Canada Canola Processing Falls 17% in Week, Soybean Crush Rises

Canadian mills processed 16.9 percent less canola and soybean crushing rose 17.4 percent in the week ended May 9, compared with a week earlier, an industry group said.

Mills crushed 117,032 metric tons of canola, also known as rapeseed, and 28,808 tons of soybeans, the Winnipeg, Manitoba- based Canadian Oilseed Processors Association said today in a statement.
