WPP, Unilever May Face Board Pay Opposition, Sunday Times Says

WPP Plc (WPP), William Hill Plc (WMH) and Unilever Plc may face investor opposition to board remuneration plans at their shareholder meetings in the next few weeks, the Sunday Times reported, without saying how it obtained the information.

WPP is the world’s biggest advertising agency, William Hill is a U.K. bookmaker and Unilever is the second-largest consumer- goods company.
