OpCapita Considering Sale of French Retailer But, Times Reports

OpCapita LLP is considering a sale of French furniture and electrical retailer But, the Sunday Times reported, without saying how it obtained the information.

OpCapita bought the business for 550 million euros ($720 million) four years ago with Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS) and Colony Capital LLC, the newspaper said.

OpCapita, Goldman Sachs and Colony Capital declined to comment, the Times said.
