Ferrovial SA (FER) is in talks to buy 3i Group Plc (III)’s Enterprise unit, a cleaning and waste collection service, for 500 million pounds ($808 million), the Sunday Times reported, without saying how it got the information.

Enterprise’s owner, 3i Group Plc, declined to comment, the newspaper said.

A spokesman for Ferrovial declined to comment when contacted by telephone today.
