Aviva Investors Ask Chairman to Replace CEO, Telegraph Says

May 06, 2012

Two of Aviva Plc (AV/)’s largest shareholders asked incoming Chairman John McFarlane to replace Andrew Moss as chief executive officer, the Sunday Telegraph reported.

McFarlane is said to be ready to poll the company’s largest investors to find out why they voted against the remuneration report last week, the newspaper reported.

The Telegraph didn’t identify the investors. Aviva declined to comment, the newspaper said.
