Tottenham Hotspur defender Kyle Walker signed a contract extension through 2017, the Premier League club said on its website.
Walker, 21, took over as Tottenham’s starting right back this season after loan spells at Queens Park Rangers and Aston Villa in 2010-11. He was named the Young Player of the Year by the Professional Footballer’s Association last month and was selected to the group’s team of the year.
Walker also made his debut for the England national team in November in games against world champion Spain and Sweden.
