Draxlmaier to Shut Down Slovak Cable Factory, Hospodarske Says

Lisa Draxlmaier GmbH will shut down its car-cables factory in Slovakia and move production to countries with cheaper labor, Hospodarske Noviny reported, citing Zsolt Szabo, the unit’s director.
The German manufacturer will eliminate 620 jobs in the factory located in Dunajska Streda, southern Slovakia, the newspaper said.
