Dubai Customs Seized Tramadol Tablets Valued at $270 Million

Dubai Customs seized 91 million tramadol tablets valued at 1 billion dirhams ($270 million) being smuggled into the country.

The tablets were discovered in six containers at the Jebel Ali Port and Jebel Ali Free Zone coming from an Asian country, Dubai Customs said in an e-mailed statement today.
