Turkey Cabinet May Overrule Courts on State Asset Sales, HT Says

Turkey’s Cabinet will be able to overrule courts on the cancellation of state asset sales, Haberturk reported, citing a draft law in parliament.

The Cabinet will be allowed not to enforce court decisions to cancel sales of state assets after they’ve been transferred to a new owner, according to the draft, the Istanbul-based newspaper reported.
