Central European Media Rises to 3-Week High for Best Month in 6

Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (CETV) jumped to the highest in more than three weeks in Czech trading, headed for its biggest monthly rally since October.

CME, as the television broadcaster is known, increased 4.7 percent to 146 koruna, the strongest price since April 4. The stock has gained 10 percent this week and 8.2 percent in April.
