Helbor Empreendimentos SA (HBOR3) said contracted sales increased 52 percent in the first quarter to 228.5 million reais, according to a regulatory filing reporting the company’s preliminary operational results.

New projects almost tripled to 162.9 million reais in the first-quarter, according to the filing sent late yesterday.
