U.K. Stocks Climb for Second Day; ITV, RBS, Lloyds Gain

U.K. stocks advanced, sending the benchmark FTSE 100 Index higher for a second day.

The gauge rose 0.3 percent to 5,680.58 at 8:21 a.m. in London, extending yesterday’s 0.3 percent advance.

Barclays Plc, ITV Plc and CRH Plc also rose more than 1 percent in London trading today.
