Colombia’s Bolsa de Valores First-Quarter Profit Increases 40%

Bolsa de Valores de Colombia SA, the operator of the country’s main stock exchange, said net income increased 40 percent to 11.5 billion pesos ($6.5 million) in the first three months of the year.

Operating revenue climbed 18 percent to 19 billion pesos, the company said in a statement posted on its website yesterday.
