U.S. Venture Capital M&A Value Fell 30.9% in the 1st Quarter

There were 86 venture capital backed mergers and acquisitions in the first quarter with a disclosed value of $2.73 billion, a decrease from 123 deals during the same period last year. Following is a table detailing venture-backed merger and acquisition activity, according to the National Venture Capital Association.
