OAO Rosneft, Russia’s largest oil producer, sold a cargo of Urals crude via tender to BP Plc (BP/) for loading from the Baltic Sea port of Ust-Luga, said two traders who participate in the market.

The cargo of 100,000 metric tons is for loading from April 27 to April 28, according to the people, who declined to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak on the matter.
