N. Korea Needs to Stop Provocative Action

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that North Korea needs to stop provocative action and that “there will be consequences for this behavior,” when asked by reporters in Brasilia today to comment on North Korea’s missile launch last week.
