Fairfield Sentry Sues to Recover $115 Million From Offshore Bank

Fairfield Sentry Ltd. (FAISENI), a feeder fund that transferred $3.2 billion to Bernard Madoff’s firm, sued Cayman Islands-based Atlantic Security Bank to recover $115 million it says were proceeds of the conman’s Ponzi scheme.

The case is Fairfield Sentry v. Atlantic Security Bank, 12-01550, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District New York (Manhattan).
