Canadian mills processed 4.2 percent more canola and 5.3 percent more soybeans in the week ended April 11, compared with a week earlier, an industry group said.
Mills crushed 148,732 metric tons of canola, also known as rapeseed, and 28,707 tons of soybeans, the Winnipeg, Manitoba- based Canadian Oilseed Processors Association said today in a statement.
