Russia May Name Economy Minister as Vice Premier, Vedomosti Says

Elvira Nabiullina, Russia’s economic development minister, may be made deputy prime minister in the new government of Dmitry Medvedev, Vedomosti reported today, citing people in the government it didn’t identify. She may be in charge of social policy in her new role, newspaper said.
