Investment funds in Malaysia and Singapore want to invest in Turkish real-estate companies, Aksam reported, citing Isik Gokkaya, who heads GYODER, Turkey’s real- estate investment trust association.
The head of Malaysia’s real-estate investment trust association will visit Turkey in the next few days and big funds in the two southeast Asian countries may make joint investments with Turkish companies, the Istanbul-based newspaper said.
