Oil Pares Losses in New York, Little Changed at $102.35

Oil erased a loss of 0.8 percent before the trading floor opened on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Crude for May delivery declined 11 cents to $102.35 a barrel at 8:48 a.m. after trading as low as $101.69.
