Indonesia Sells 9 Trillion Rupiah of Debt, Beating Target

Indonesia’s government sold 9 trillion rupiah of bonds and bills in an auction today, exceeding the indicative target of 6 trillion rupiah, the Finance Ministry’s debt management office said in a statement on its website. The government received total incoming bids of 19.49 trillion rupiah, it said. Rahmat Waluyanto, director general at the Finance Ministry’s debt management office said earlier total incoming bids were 19.9 trillion rupiah.

The government sold the following bonds and bills in today’s auction:
