Gulliver Rises Most in 3 Weeks on Minerals’ Exploration License

Gulliver Energy Ltd. (GLVR) rallied the most in more than three weeks after the oil and natural gas company received a license to explore for minerals including uranium at the Hatrurim site in the Negev.

The shares advanced 7.3 percent, the most since March 11, to 0.322 shekel at 11:21 a.m. in Tel Aviv, giving the Ramat Gan, Israel-based company a market value of 65 million shekels ($17.5 million).
