Johnston Press Creditors May Secure Right to Stake, Times Says

Johnston Press Plc (JPR)’s creditors may secure the right to acquire a stake in the newspaper publisher as they negotiate its refinancing, the Sunday Times reported, without saying how it obtained the information.

The company’s creditors include Lloyds Banking Group Plc (LLOY) and Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc (RBS), the newspaper said.
