Telekomunikacja Polska to Change Brand Name to Orange by June

Telekomunikacja Polska SA (TPS), a unit of France Telecom SA (FTE), will change its brand name to Orange by the end of June, Poland’s biggest phone company said in a regulatory filing today.

The Warsaw-based operator known as TPSA will pay a licence fee of 1.6 percent from sales of rebranded operations, excluding wholesale services and a lower charge for its fixed-line retail segment, according to the statement.
