Petro Ivoire SA, a fuel retailer in Ivory Coast, began operating a liquefied petroleum gas terminal with a 1,500 metric-ton capacity in the port of Abidjan yesterday, said Mathieu Kadio Moroko, president of the company.
Petro Ivoire and Geogas Trading SA, a Geneva-based LPG trader, invested 6.5 billion CFA francs in the plant, Moroko said in an interview.
