Gazprom, Shtokman Partners Delay Final Decision, Interfax Says

OAO Gazprom, Total SA (FP) and Statoil ASA (STL) delayed a final investment decision on the Shtokman gas project for another three months, Interfax reported, citing an unidentified person.
