Praktiker’s Biggest Holder Wants Part of Company Sold, FTD Says

Praktiker AG (PRA)’s largest shareholder, Maseltov Ltd., wants the company to sell its business in eastern Europe as part of a reorganization, the Financial Times Deutschland reported, citing Isabella de Krassny, a fund manager and spokeswoman for Maseltov.

A sale could bring Praktiker, a home-improvement retailer, 50 million euros to 70 million euros ($67 million to $93 million), the FTD said. Maseltov owns 10 percent of the company.
