Greece Considers Options in Bank Capital Plan, Kathimerini Says

Greece is considering giving private investors participating in the recapitalization of the country’s banks the option to acquire four of the shares bought by the state for each share they buy, Kathimerini reported, without saying how it got the information.

Greece will soon decide the final terms of the banks’ recapitalization and is considering the call options as an incentive to achieve greater private involvement, the Athens- based newspaper said.
