Yell Group Plc (YELL), publisher of the U.K.’s Yellow Pages, will appoint a banking adviser to help restructure billions of pounds in debt, the Sunday Telegraph said, citing people it didn’t identify.
The Berkshire, U.K.-based company has been talking to investment banks including Goldman Sachs (GS) and Greenhill & Co. (GHL) before negotiating with lenders about relaxing banking covenants for 2014, the newspaper reported.
Jon Salmon, a spokesman for Yell, declined to comment via phone today.
