Twitter Inc. will have its German headquarters in Berlin, Focus magazine reported, citing unidentified people.

The micro-blogging service picked the German capital over Hamburg and Munich, the two cities where Google Inc. (GOOG), Facebook Inc. (FB), Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) and Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) have their local headquarters, the magazine said in an e-mailed preview of an article.
