Tata Communications Ltd. (TCOM) hired Morgan Stanley (MS) as it considers a bid for Cable & Wireless Worldwide Plc (CW/), the Sunday Times reported, without saying how it obtained the information.

Standard Chartered (STAN) is already advising Mumbai-based Tata Communications on the potential purchase, the newspaper said.
