Yankees’ Chamberlain Injures Ankle Playing With Son, ESPN Says

New York Yankees pitcher Joba Chamberlain dislocated his right ankle while playing with his son, requiring surgery, ESPN reported.

Yankees General Manager Brian Cashman termed it a “significant injury,” ESPN said.

Chamberlain underwent reconstructive elbow surgery last June.
