Malaysia Consumer Prices Rose 2.2% in February From Year Earlier

Malaysia’s consumer prices rose 2.2 percent from a year earlier in February, the Putrajaya-based statistics department said. That compares with a rate of 2.7 percent previously reported for January and is less than the median estimate of 2.4 percent in a Bloomberg News survey of 21 economists.
