BRF - Brasil Foods SA (BRFS3) (BRFS3 BS) dropped 1.8 percent to 35.90 reais. The world’s largest poultry exported reported fourth-quarter profit of 121 million reais ($66.5 million). The company was expected to post a 472.7 million-real profit excluding some items, according to the average of nine analyst estimates compiled by Bloomberg.
LLX Logistica SA (LLXL3) (LLXL3 BS) retreated 3.6 percent to 3.71 reais. The logistics company owned by billionaire Eike Batista reported a fourth-quarter net loss of 21.3 million reais.
OGX Petroleo & Gas Participacoes (OGXP3) SA (OGXP3 BS) slid 4.5 percent to 16.22 reais. The oil company controlled by Batista reported that its 2011 net loss widened to 482.2 million reais
