Belgazprombank to Raise Capital From Shareholders, Kruglov Says

Belgazprombank, a lender controlled by OAO Gazprom and OAO Gazprombank, decided to boost its capital by 850 billion Belarusian rubles ($105.6 million), Gazprom Chief Financial Officer Andrey Kruglov said.

The funds will be raised through a closed offer to current shareholders, Kruglov told reporters today in Minsk. The lender’s results for last year were “positive,” he said.
