U.S. East May Be Warmer Than Normal Through June, Center Says

Much of the eastern and southern U.S. will have above-normal temperatures through June, the U.S. Climate Prediction Center said today in its three-month outlook.

Weather may be seasonal in the Northern Plains, while some relief from drought may lie ahead for eastern Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas, the center said.
