Embotelladora Andina SA (AKO/A) and Embotelladoras Coca-Cola Polar SA (KOPOLAR) extended to March 30 from March 15 a deadline to sign a binding merger agreement, the companies said in statements posted on the website of Chile’s securities regulator.
