Yen Weakens 0.2 Percent Versus Dollar to 82.43, Depreciates Against Euro

The yen weakened against the dollar, falling 0.2 percent to 82.43 as of 8:04 a.m. London time. It earlier strengthened as much as 0.3 percent to 81.97.

Against the euro the Japanese currency declined 0.2 percent to 108.44.
