SuperDimension to Be Acquired for $350 Million, Calcalist Says

SuperDimension Ltd., a medical device company, is in the process of being acquired by a U.S. firm for $350 million, Calcalist reported, without saying where it got the information. Johnson & Johnson (JNJ), Medtronic Inc. (MDT), and Covidien Plc (COV) were among the firms that competed to purchase the company, the newspaper said.

A call made to the offices of SuperDimension in Herzliya, Israel, before office hours was not answered.
