Santander International Said to Sell Five-Year Bonds in Euros

Santander Interational Debt SAU plans to sell five-year senior bonds in euros, according to a banker involved in the transaction.

The notes may be priced to yield about 255 basis points more than the benchmark mid-swap rate, the banker said. Bank of America Corp., Credit Suisse Group AG and UBS AG are managing the sale with Santander.
