Russian Gas Shipments to Armenia Resume After Pipeline Repairs

Russian shipments of natural gas to Armenia via Georgia resumed after work on a damaged pipeline was completed.

“The pipeline is repaired and gas is being loaded today,” Nino Kikacheishvili, a spokeswoman for the Georgian Energy Ministry, said by telephone from Tbilisi. A landslide damaged a connecting seam on March 9.
