Russian real estate developer Emin Iskenderov plans to build a 300-meter tower in Paris, costing 2 billion euros ($2.6 billion), Vedomosti said, citing the businessman.

Iskenderov’s Hermitage group gained approval in early March to build the complex, which will include a Four Seasons hotel, shopping center, offices and apartments, Vedomosti said.
