TNK-BP Offers 200,000 Tons of ESPO Crude for April Loading

Russia’s TNK-BP (TNBP) offered to sell two 100,000 metric-ton cargoes of East Siberian Pacific Ocean crude, or ESPO, for loading in April, according to two traders who participate in the market. They asked not to be identified because the information is confidential.

Details of the offer are as follows:

Crude:        ESPO (Russia)
Quantity:     2 x 100,000 tons (2 x 730,000 barrels)
Loading:      April 14 to April 18, April 23 to April 27
Pricing:      Platts Dubai, free-on-board
Seller:       TNK-BP
Port:         Kozmino Bay Terminal, Russia’s Far East
Bids due:     March 13, 3 p.m. Moscow time
Validity:     March 14, 6 p.m. London time
