Mexico’s economy created 130,416 formal jobs in February, the Mexican Social Security Institute said on its website yesterday.
Mexico has created 181,250 jobs year to date, the institute, known as the IMSS, said in its statement.
As of Feb. 29, the total number of jobs registered with the government was 15.4 million, according to the IMSS. The job figure tracks both permanent and temporary urban employment.
